Shipping policy
COVID19 UPDATE:
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 12th 2021.
- Due to COVID19 we are limiting our local pickups per day, and are scheduling them accordingly. Please adhere to the date and time that you were sent for local pickup.
- Local pickup is contact-free and we prefer if you keep a safe distance when approaching the pickup area - keep an eye for other customers, in the off chance that there are some.
- We're doing our absolute best to stagger customer pickup up dates and times to ensure everyone's safety.
- Thank you for shopping with us, we're busy bees during this time and we appreciate your patience and support!
LOCAL PICKUP:
225 John Street, Gananoque, ON.
Please keep in mind that local pickup is from a residential home.
- Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday from 11:00am - 5:00pm. An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup, with a specific time and date. Please bring this confirmation with you upon order pickup.
- Local pickup is only available for those within the Gananoque area, and/or for those willing to drive out to the address.
- Live bees and queens are currently only available for local pickup.
We'd appreciate it if you arrived for curb-side pickup during the date and time given specifically to you in your confirmation email.
If you're unable to make it on the chosen pickup date, please call or email to reschedule.
SHIPPING:
- Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (3 days), Monday-Friday using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2-7 days.
- Shipping and handling fees are included in the product price before check out; otherwise shipping across Canada is stated as "free".
- At this time we currently do not ship outside of Canada.
